Its that time of year, where the almanac is breathing down my neck. I spend all winter dreaming, revising, expanding, and revising again what I want to grow. Its a pathology. I can't help it. And as soon as the frosts let up and soil temperature rises, invariably, a whole mess of other things come up to take up my time. The steps need fixing, grass needs ripping up, pipes break. Why didn't I build these raised beds when it was too cold to garden? Why didn't I make my trellises over the winter? Who knows, but its a mad dash to get them in. At least this is a start.
